Junmai Daiginjo

Brewery: Senjo •  Prefecture: Nagano • Rice: Nagano Hitogokochi to 40% • Yeast: Kyokai 1801 • ABV: 16.8% 

• Floral nose, round and smooth mouthfeel, juicy and refreshing on the palate.
• Flavors of tropical fruit offset by star anise, soft finish.
• Pairs widely but especially good with richer flavors like fried seafood, vegetable tempura and Caesar salads.
• Made from spring water pulled from 60 meter deep wells, fed by snow melt filtered through the Japanese alps from the locally famous Mt. Senjo.
