Ice Cider 'Essence' [2023]

Essence is a special little pour, meant for dessert, or to pair with dessert. Essence is the essence of the apple. In the process of cryo-concentration, roughly 5/6ths of the original volume is frozen out as ice. That means there’s about 20 apples (minus the water) in every bottle of Essence. This bottle will bring you joy and expand the notion of what cider is and where it fits on your table.
