"Attractive nose, offering wet stones, smoked herbs, dried orange peel and ripe berries. Textured and refined, with medium body and well-integrated tannins. Fresh and poised and very attractive overall. Drink now or hold."

"Here's a wine I have not seen in a few years. The Cottanera 2022 Etna Rosso delivers bright fruit aromas of redcurrant, cherry and pomegranate seed. There is a pretty tartness at the back that adds to the wine's firmness and length. This Etna red is accessible and ready to drink, but it has enough textural strength to pair with breaded veal cutlets or deep-fried chicken."

"The 2022 Etna Rosso opens with a woodsy blend of savory herbs, underbrush and red licorice. There™s a lovely inner sweetness here, with crisp red and blue fruits that swirl across a stream of zesty acidity. The 2022 lingers long yet remains remarkably fresh, finishing with a note of tart blackberry."
