Noces de Perle, or the “Pearl Weddingl” expression in Maison Hardy’s Wedding Anniversary Series, reflects Hardy’s decision to only bottle only grapes grown in Grande Champagne at the thirty-year-old threshold and beyond. Over ten eaux-de-vie from Cognac’s premiere cru were aged side-by-side before being blended into this brandy of great finesse.
