Coconut Rum Liqueur

• Rum-based liqueur distilled by St. Lucia Distillers, the last operating distiller on the island of Saint Lucia
• Distilled on a Coffey column still from 100% molasses
• Infused with natural coconut sugar & extracts at high strength; rum is then diluted, and sugar is added
• Toasted coconut blossoms envelop the palate with a rich but poised mouthfeel
• 25% ABV

A good coconut liqueur is hard to find, but here we are! This balanced expression works exceedingly well in stirred cocktails or mixed with club soda or fresh fruit juice.
