• Sun-ripened apricot and tarragon on the nose continue to a sweet and round palate where they are joined by apple, overripe pear, Amontillado sherry, fresh grapefruit, and rosehip—all focused with a sharp, rye backbone and a finish full of salinity and daydreams of the seaside

• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.2% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
