• Blend of whiskeys finished, blended, and bottled by Barrel Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky
• A combination of whiskey distilled in Indiana and bourbon distilled in Tennessee finished in rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels
• An enticing nose of panna cotta, walnut oil, and crème de noyaux leads to a palate of cocoa, cola nut, and Telicherry peppercorn, followed by an elegant finish of rose jelly, chestnut honey, and eucalyptus
• Double Gold medalist at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 61.45% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)

Dovetail is blended to highlight some of Barrell Craft Spirits’ favorite flavors: woody bourbon, terroir-driven Dunn Cabernet, French oak, late-bottled vintage Port pipes, and blackstrap molasses casks; all working in tandem to create a buttery and complex whiskey as unique as it is delicious.
