"The 2024 Ribeauvillé is a field blend of mostly Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Sylvaner from heavier soils at an east-facing site that benefits from the cooler wind that comes down the valley. A lovely richness and brightness emanate from the glass, immediately bringing concentration, brightness and tension. (Bone-dry)"

"At once cool and focused yet ripe and generous, this is a very serious riesling-based Alsace white that is tense and salty on the medium-bodied palate. Then comes the deep wet-stone finish that is extremely long. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold."

"The 2022 Ribeauvillé is a field blend of mostly Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Sylvaner with smaller portions of other Alsace varieties, picked in the heavier soils between Bergheim and Ribeauvillé where sandstone, limestone and clay also feature within the predominant marl. Some destemmed, crushed grapes are put at the bottom of the tank to add texture. The nose is immediately creamy, powdery almost, with Mirabelle jelly showing bright, bold ripeness. The palate reprises the creaminess but also delivers a ripe, fruity, juicy freshness referencing Mirabelle skin and ripe lemon. The finish is entirely juicy, textured, appetizing and moreish. (Bone-Dry)"
