"The interplay of restrained creaminess, lemon aromas and saltiness make this an appealing natural wine, and the tannins on the well-structured, medium-bodied palate are animating. In spite of the moderate acidity, it's wonderfully fresh in the finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink now. Glass stopper."

"The 2023 Vibrations is pure Riesling with 5% to 10% of briefly macerated grapes. Vinified in foudre for about 11 months, the wine opens with a clear, elegant and aromatic bouquet of ripe white (also tropical) fruits and the pure freshness of the terroir from several plots around Bennwihr. Medium-bodied on the palate, this is an elegant and fruity, even juicy and textured, well-concentrated Riesling with dense and ripe fruit, good phenol grip and fine, mineral acidity. The wine is based on fully ripe grapes and doesn't show any greenish and coolish features for the moment, rather some elements of over-ripeness. It is a mouth-filling and textural Riesling that should be aged for another year. 13.5% stated alcohol. Glass stopper. Tasted at the Domaine Deiss in November 2024."
