Cave Caloz was established in Miège in 1960 & sits between Sierre, located at the southern end of the Valais, and the ski area of Crans-Montana. The wines benefit from both the high-altitude conditions of the alps and three generations of the Caloz family's commitment to sustainable viticulture.

Cave des Tilleuls is a family estate run by Fabienne Cottagnoud and her husband, Marc-Henri. This couple takes a holistic approach the production of their wines and the favorable climate that surrounds the Valais provides great advantage to organic farming.

The Vieux Moulin is a family estate, the winemaker applies environmentally friendly viticulture methods. The vineyard is spread over three villages: Vétroz, Conthey and Ardon, it is composed of many typical varieties of the Valais region and in particular one from the village of Vétroz: the amigne.

Situated in Vétroz, Cave des Ruinettes is a family estate led by Serge Roh. Their ten hectares include four white and five red grape varieties which allows them to offer one of the most complete lineups of traditional wines of the Valais and which are particularly representative of Vétroz.
