Located in the northern part of Montalcino and with vineyards in the famed Montosoli cru, Casanuova delle Cerbaie is a must-have Brunello. The vineyards are farmed organically and the wines are made in a classical style with spontaneous fermentation and aging in large oak cask.

Castello di Cacchiano, owned by Giovanni Ricasoli-Firidolfi, a descendant of the famed Ricasoli family. Founded in the 10th century, the estate spans 200 hectares in Monti in Chianti of Gaiole, with 36 hectares of vineyards producing elegant wines like their 'Millennio,' honoring its rich history.
