Kilchoman Distillery, founded in 2005, is the first distillery to be built on Islay for over 120 years. In addition to being one of the few distilleries to still practice floor malting, barley is grown on this family-run farm for use in Kilchoman's 100% Islay expression.

MacNair’s is a boutique brand of blended malt Scotch helmed by the celebrated team at The GlenAllachie Distillery in Aberlour. Master Distiller Billy Walker uses older stocks of GlenAllachie malt married with Speyside and Islay malt to create rich and peat-forward blends.
