Wolfburn Distillery, reopened in 2013 in Thurso, Scotland, is the northernmost distillery on the Scottish mainland. Located in Caithness—home to the largest expanse of peat bog in Europe—Wolfburn produces single malts using water sourced from the distillery’s onsite stream, the Wolf Burn.
