Botanico del Parco

Enrico Toro Distillery is situated in the Abruzzo region of southern Italy, just outside the town of Tocco da Casauria. The mountains of the Central Apennines and Maiella National Park loom large over the area, majestic reminders of the legacy of local herbs and botanicals that have informed the products of Enrico Toro since 1817, when Beniamino Toro started making medicinal spirits in his Tocca da Casauria pharmacy. Amidst stunning vistas and Roman ruins, the spirits of Enrico Toro, including the distinctly Italian takes on gentian liqueurs bottled under the Botanico del Parco label, are produced without guile, reflecting the drinking customs that have flourished in the region for centuries.
