Under the leadership of Manu Venturi, Domaine Vico has cemented itself as one of the top estates on the island of Corsica. He farms native varieties completely biodynamically—the white is 100% Vermentinu and the rosé is 60% Niellucciu and 40% Sciaccarellu.

“My philosophy is the same everywhere," he says. "High environmental value, organic agriculture, biodynamic agriculture, permaculture, breeding, bee-keeping … I made these choices for the preservation of my island, my land, the men and women who live there and, more globally, the planet."
