• Quatenary alluvial soils
• 45+ year old vines
• 100% whole cluster pressing for Riesling and Gewurztraminer, partially de-stemmed for Pinot Gris
• Macerated for 7 months in various amphorae (sandstone for Gewurztraminer, clay for Pinot Gris and Riesling)
• Indigenous yeast
• Blended into clay amphora and aged for 3 months
• Zero SO2 added
• Unfined and unfiltered
