Admiral Rodney Rum 'HMS Princessa'

• Rum distilled by St. Lucia Distillers, the last remaining distiller on St. Lucia
• Distilled on a Coffey column still from 100% molasses
• Aged 5–9 years in ex-bourbon and port casks
• Blended by St. Lucia Distillers Master Blender, Evanus Harris
• Nose of fresh grass, white flowers, and Ceylon cinnamon; crème brûlée and Red Hot candies with a lingering finish of bitter salad greens
• 40% ABV

This is a terrific sipping rum for the casual rummy, or anyone concerned that rum is rich and syrupy by definition. It’s medium-bodied with plenty of baking spice and sweetness to keep the oak tannins in check.

Tasting Notes

Admiral Rodney Princessa contains rum aged exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 8 years before being blended together by Master Blender Evanus Harris. 40% ABV
