"The 2024 Etna Bianco Santo Spirito opens with an elegant bouquet of white flowers, almond paste, freshly sliced nectarines and gingery spice. This is soothingly round and supple, with a stern mineral core to balance as ripe orchard fruits swirl across almost oily textures. The 2024 finishes with striking length, slightly chewy and firm. A bump of residual acidity maintains amazing energy on the close."
