This is the spirit that catapulted Hans Reisetbauer to stardom. Hans harvests pears underripe, ripe, and overripe to create balance and the sensation of texture in a clear spirit. Harvested in August and September, fermentation takes place in stainless steel to avoid oxidation. 11.5 kg of fruit are needed to make one liter of pear eau-de-vie. 41.5% ABV
