"A white blend of roughly equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, the 2024 Cuvee Karatas is a bright golden yellow color and is barrel fermented, with the Semillon undergoing malolactic while the Sauvignon Blanc does not. Aromas of peach rings, tropical flowers, crème brûlée, and lemon balm emerge from the glass. Medium-bodied, it has a silky rounded texture and impressive restraint while remaining highly versatile at the table."

"The 2024 Cuvée Karatas is an unusual wine this year in that it includes Sémillon from Monte Rosso planted in the 1880s that was too small a production to be bottled on its own. Rich and beautifully layered in the glass, the 2024 is a gorgeous, dynamic white. Dried pear, chamomile, marzipan and gently spiced notes linger. This is an especially fine Cuvée Karatas."
