"The 2022 Syrah Campbell Ranch smells of the sea, delivering a briny array of Japanese nori, oil-cured olive, oyster shell and cracked white peppercorn. Chalky and chewy, the 2022 is another self-assured wine that makes no bones about declaring its coastal origins. It™s very distinctive and surprisingly big-boned for being from such a cool site. A long decant or a few years in the cellar will be helpful here."
