• Single vineyard in the Vista Flores region in the Uco Valley, Yin Yang Vineyard, located at 3,600 feet, 4.5 acres, which was planted in 2014
• Hand harvested
• Loamy, sandy, and clay soils
• Fermented in Stainless Steel tanks. 50% cold soak Maceration for 6 days with 50% direct pressed for a total of 27 days of fermentation
• Methode Ancestrale with 9 months on the lees
• 12g of RS to finish fermentation in bottle
• Bottled unfined and unfiltered
