• Proofed with Allegheny Mountain spring water drawn from the original Hughes family estate in Bedford County, PA
• Minimum 10 years old; Aged in char #4 American oak barrels
• A rich nose of sarsaparilla, caramel sauce, salt-water taffy, and butterscotch fudge is underscored with aromas of dried tobacco, leading to a lean palate of chocolate graham cracker crust, toasted hazelnut, and clove. Chocolate mint, and freshly-cut cedar create a lingering finish of earthy tannin.
