• Limited edition small batch bourbon produced by Starlight Distillery in Starlight, Indiana
• A blend of mash bills: a 3-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, and 20% malted barley and a 4-grain mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat
• Non-GMO heirloom corn is estate-grown or sourced from neighboring farms in Indiana; non-GMO rye is estate-grown or sourced from neighboring farms in Indiana; non-GMO wheat is estate-grown and sourced regionally from the Midwest; non-GMO malted barley is sourced from North America
• Closed-top, sweet mash fermentation for 7 days in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a 500-gallon Vendome brass and copper pot still
• A blend of 8 barrels aged a minimum of 10; filled from May 15 to June 3, 2015; dumped July 10, 2025
• Aged in Seguin Moreau Icône Elevation barrels (oak selected based on its molecular composition to better control extraction; typically used for concentrated red wines) from Napa, California
• Barrels are initially matured for 3 years in the warmest sections of the distillery’s original warehouse before being transferred to the western side of Warehouse #2 for 7 years
• This whiskey offers layers of mature, classic bourbon flavors within a persistent but welcome tannic structure. The nose opens with a billow of dark caramel, charred oak, ripe orchard fruit, sweet berries, and warm baking spice plus a pleasant note of grain. Berries continue on the palate, evolving into cigar-parlor notes of leather, dry oak, and tobacco. Elegant, Cognac-esque dryness marks the finish which is luxurious and long.

Starlight Distillery began distilling bourbon in 2013; in 2015, they laid down barrels for what would become this year’s 10 Year Bourbon release, the oldest bourbon the distillery has offered to date.
