• Limited-edition aged Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), Port Mourant wooden vat still (PM), Versailles wooden vat still (REV), and Diamond Coffey stills (SVW)
• Aged 18 years; aged 15 years in ex-bourbon casks and 3 years in Oloroso sherry-seasoned ex-bourbon casks
• Confectionary aromas of French raspberry tart, golden syrup, cinnamon, clove, and reduced apple cider lead to a palate of tinder box, Golden Delicious apple, and sweet brioche with delicate tannin on the finish
• 40% ABV

Starting with a base of El Dorado’s Special Reserve 15 Year Rum, this special, limited-edition release is double matured for an additional 3 years in casks previously seasoned with Oloroso sherry. The result is a rum that perfectly evokes the warming aromas of fall.
