"The 2019 Soave Classico Contrada Salvarenza Vecchie Vigne is wonderfully perfumed (whimsical comes to mind), with yellow flowers giving way to slate and crushed apple. This soothes with its silky textures and ripe orchard fruits, all carried across a core of minerals and brisk acids that adds an almost-salty-sweet quality. This tapers off long and floral with persistent fruit and hints of sour lime."
