- 95% maize and 5% Irish malted barley triple distilled on a column still

- Aged in ex-bourbon casks for three years and finished for up to one year in ex-Oloroso sherry casks
- Aromas of butterscotch chips, heather, and nutmeg prime the palate for peach skin and porridge with cream, transitioning to a chewy, moreish finish with hints of walnut skin and cherry pit
- No added coloring
- Non-chill filtered; 43% ABV
As single grains from Scotland continue to gain (long overdue) recognition and respect on the world whisk(e)y stage, this Irish single grain is a welcome addition to the conversation, exhibiting all the richness possible from the category at a dangerously quaffable ABV.

"Light, fruity, and appealing, the nose has rose petals, citrus, spring blossom florals, baked pear, and cherry gummies. It's a real easy sipper, with sweet cherry notes, candy sticks, citrus peel, pepper, and clove, then grapefruit peel cuts through flavors of fudge and honey sweetness, the spices keeping pace with cherry, red apple, cream, and honey, making for a charming finish."
