Historically, mushrooms were added to charanda for their curative effects—to slow the effects of aging, to treat certain diseases, and most of all to reduce fatigue and stress while boosting energy and strength. This mushroom-infused chranda is an umami-rich agricole rum evocative of a sherry-finished whiskey or rum, rich with depth and complexity.
