"Very different label from their traditional Santorini bottling, purely typographical. Distinctive, almost honeyed aroma even though it is a young wine. Smells rich and almost oily-mineral rather than stony-mineral. More green-fruited than citrus though there's a hint of lime. Silky texture, rounded in the mouth and generous in fruit. Doesn't have the searing acidity of 100% Assyrtiko but it is still very fresh " and beautifully balanced with the roundness on the finish. Deep and long. Serious, thoughtfully made wine. (JH)"
