- 80% Valdiguie, 10% Carignan and 10% Barbera
- Valdiguie is sourced from 100+ year old vines from Leticia’s Vineyard in Suisun Valley
- The Valdiguie was direct to press rose into a stainless steel tank and allowed to settle and then racked again to another tank to begin fermentation
- The remaining Mendocino Carignan and Amador Barbera were saignee rose and added to the Valdiguie the same time it was beginning to ferment
- Mid-way through fermentation, the blended wine was transferred to stainless steel drums to complete fermentation at cellar temp
- After 3 weeks of fermentation, and the stoppage of malolactic fermentation, the wine rested on its lees until being racked and bottled in February in 2024
