Dried florals with primal and savory tones. Lifted aromatics of crushed dried violets followed by a primal richness dominated by red and black fruits: ripe raspberry, cherry, and plum. The mid-palate profile transitions to savory fermented tobacco, coastal mushrooms, and cured meats. A classic representation of a red blend dominated by Cabernet Franc showing some age and umami characteristics.
