- Stony soils on the surface with Caranto (a silty-sandy clay with substantial limestone) at deeper levels
- The Pinot Noir is harvested at the end of August while the Glera is harvested at the end of September
- Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel proceeded by secondary fermentation in autoclave for a minimum of 60 days on the lees followed by aging in bottle prior to bottling
- RS: 5.6g/l
- Approximately 1,500 cases produced annually
