"From a steep, south-facing 30% slope high on the hillside, on red soils rich in iron oxides, the 2024 Pouilly-Fuisse 1er Cru Les Crays shows immediate lift and a clear line of power. Medium- to full-bodied, it centers on yellow fruit with an explosive saline drive. The fruit is concentrated yet expansive, balanced by lime-tinged acidity. Long and mouthwatering on the finish, it has the substance and structure to age confidently in the cellar."

The palate is very well balanced and poised, quite powerful yet there is focus and impressive delineation on the composed finish. Superb."
