"Cinnamon, earth, red cherries, raspberries and cracked black pepper on the nose. The palate is fresh and juicy, with tart red fruit and salty flavors. The lingering finish shows a bit of earthiness. An honest, expressive, light-bodied example of a Sonoma Coast pinot. Drink now."

"This is suave, with a mulled edge to its raspberry, damson plum and blood orange notes, which sparkle with savory and rose hip details. Finishes with light-handed echoes of sandalwood and sous-bois. 9,480 cases made. - JM"

"The 2023 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast) is just as impressive as it was last year. A burst of sweet red cherry fruit, new leather, tobacco, incense, dried herbs, mint and rosewater soar from the glass. Aromatic and deep, with fabulous balance, the 2023 hits all the right notes. It's a gorgeous appellation Pinot and one of the larger, easier to find wines in this range, as well as a personal favorite when I see it on restaurant lists. Superb."
