"This is the first bottling of Justin Willett's NV Perpetual Reserve. This inaugural edition is a blend of 2020, 2021 and 2022 that consists predominantly of Pinot Noir. It delivers precise, richly expressive orchard fruit, Meyer lemon, textured mineral tones and a notable kick of Pinot spice. This is an excellently balanced wine with great energy and vibrancy, with the midpalate heft to bring real presence to the table. I look forward to tasting this bottling in the future as the reserve evolves. This is a very fine debut. Bottled with 3 grams of dosage. Disgorged: June 2025."

"An excellent introduction to the sparkling range, the NV Mae Estate Perpetual Reserve Extra Brut marks the inaugural release of a multi-vintage blend from Tyler, comprising a majority of Pinot Noir from the 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages. It is pure, svelte and vibrant throughout, combining an oceanic and citrusy profile with a faintly creamy undercurrent. The finish is fine-grained and nervy, lingering with chalky nuances and airy weightlessness."
