Malbec 'Lujan de Cuyo - Terroir'

• Malbec
• Sourced from a certified organic vineyard in Luján de Cuyo
• Limestone soils with almost no clay present
• Hand harvested and transferred by gravity into small concrete tanks
• Fermented using ingenious yeasts at 26ºC for 15 days
• Aged for 18 months in concrete pools (75% of the wine) and untoasted large oak foudres (25% of the wine)
• Aged then for 6 months in bottle
