Imperial (Triple Orange Liqueur)

• Orange liqueur made in Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy, France, by Joseph Cartron
• Made from sweet Para oranges sourced from Brazil and Florida and a small quantity of bitter cherries
• The essential orange oils and bitter cherries are distilled in neutral sugar beet distillate in a small, copper alembic still
• Cognac is added to the distillate before crystalized sugar is slowly incorporated
• 100 grams of sugar/liter
• 40% ABV

A touch of Cognac is added to this indulgent orange liqueur, lending even further depth to its rich, orange character. Pair with aged spirits in a variety of cocktails.
