"The 2024 Riesling Hommage à Luise is a Kabinett style that was picked on two elevated sites, one on limestone, one on sandstone. Lemon, crushed citrus and a touch of conifer play on the nose. More air brings the juiciest apple aroma. This was stopped at around 30 g/L of residual sugar and simply smiles at you with its tenderness and freshness. The 2024 is beautifully fresh-faced and cooling, with vivid brightness that makes it incredibly balanced. (Bone-dry)"

"Very flinty and lemony, this is a juicy and refreshing Kabinett-style riesling. Light-bodied and light on its feet for a wine from this warm region. "The 2023 Hommage à Luise is an intensely fruity yet refined and elegant off-dry Riesling with a well-defined bouquet, round, lush fruit and a stimulating, fine, crystalline and saline finish with crunchy grip. This is a gorgeous, mouth-filling and sensual Riesling that was bottled as AP 01 24 with 9% stated alcohol and sealed with a screw-cap closure. Tasted in January 2025."
