"The 2022 Riesling Hattenheimer Pfaffenberg Monopol Spätlese still carries a slight reductive yeastiness. The palate is vividly sweet. Peach notes have overtones of herbal chamomile tisane and dried and fresh lemon peel. Light-footed, with 100g/L of sweetness pitched against an acidity of around 9g/L. (Sweet)"
