• 100% Fiano sourced from the estate’s most historic vineyard, known as Chiano
• 620 meters elevation
• The highest vineyard in the Fiano di Avellino DOCG of the Arianello-Lapio area, which is the heart of the district
• Harvested by hand during the first ten days of November, after the first autumn frost
• 20% of the grapes are slightly raisined
• Long aging on its lees
• Bottled before the following harvest, it ages an additional twelve months in bottle
• 2000 bottles produced in 2018
