"Welcome to the hardcore dry riesling zone. It doesn™t get more radical than this when it comes to power and minerality. But if you wait a bit, the Mirabelle plum character is really extraordinary. Massively compact but somehow light and delicate over the full-bodied palate. Then, when you think the storm might be over, the lightning strikes and the thunder booms. Expansive finish. From organically grown grapes with Fair Choice certification. Drink from release. Screw cap."

"The 2023 Riesling Erbacher Marcobrunn Grosses Gewächs is from vines that were 89 and 42 years old, rooted in deep, rich soils. A pure, lifted note of lemon sets the tone, with a touch of mint subtly joining in. The palate is completely profound. You sink into this, losing yourself in its lemony, supple depth. This is like going underwater into a serene world of freshness. The 2023 is quiet and profound. It just is. (Bone-dry)"

"The 2021 Riesling Erbacher Marcobrunn Grosses Gewächs is from vines planted in 1935 and 1981. It is the first GG Künstler made from this site. The nose comes with an undeniably peachy vibe. You sense that there is flesh on the bones. Everything about this is gentler, rounder and creamier. This is delineated by generosity, creamy zestiness, saltiness, fruity depth and lasting freshness. A series of lasting contrasts and arresting juxtapositions somehow, at the finish, are still summed up as harmony. (Bone-dry)"
