"Based on 100% Syrah, the 2023 Crozes-Hermitage Les Hauts Granites is more mineral-laced, with darker, almost blue fruits as well as ample peppery herbs, game, and violet notes. It's medium-bodied, with fine tannins, juicy acidity, and a beautiful finish. Partially destemmed and aged in 20% oak barrels and 80% tank for 18 months, it will drink nicely for 4-5 years. Drink 2025-2029."
