Ripe cherries are harvested in June and immediately placed in stainless steel for fermentation that lasts for 9–10 days. It takes 10.5 kg of fresh cherries to to make one liter of cherry eau-de-vie jam-packed with sweet, floral notes and delicate marzipan. 41.5% ABV
