"An earthy, old-school style, with muscular, meaty tannins holding firm to a core of winey black currant, animal and grilled herbs. Iron-edged mineral, mesquite and iodine define the long, grippy finish, which stretches way out. Give this time to harmonize and soften. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. 10,000 cases made, 1,000 cases imported. - KB"
