"The 2023 Chardonnay (Santa Barbara County) is classic Santa Barbara all the way, with bright yellow fruits, flickers of spice and inner creaminess, all articulated without any extra weight. Clean and precise, there's an extra measure of minerality here that is quite a pleasant surprise for an entry-level wine."

"The 2023 Chardonnay opens with beautifully pure, fresh aromas of jasmine, citrus rinds and orchard blossoms. On the palate, it displays a live-wire, tangy energy that carries through the zesty, mineral-drenched finish. This punches far above its weight and would do so as an appellation wine, much less a regional one."

"The 2022 Chardonnay is vibrant and mineral driven, with soft scents of apricot, pear, citrus blossom and saline with savory undertones. The light-bodied palate is dynamic, beginning focused and fresh and before expanding its savory flavors, and it has an ethereal, nutty finish."
