"All Cabernet Sauvignon (Clone 7) aged in 100% new French oak for 23 months, Hendry's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is another well-priced offering from this family-owned and operated winery. Classically styled, this medium to full-bodied wine is silky textured but firm, needed some time to open up and reveal cassis and blueberry shadings. Hints of black tea leaves and vanilla add complexity to the lingering finish."
