Blended Whiskey 'Sauternes Cask Finished'

• Blended Irish Whiskey independently blended and bottled by Two Stacks.
• Same whiskey found in the Two Stacks core blend, finished for approximately 6 months in a Bordeaux Sauternes wine cask (French oak).
• The core blend is a 5-part blend of grain whiskies aged in both ex-bourbon and virgin American oak barrels (80%), double-distilled, un-peated single-malt (10%), double-distilled peated, single malt (2%) & Single Irish pot still whiskey (8%). Age range of 3.5–4.5 years.
• Distilled at The Great Northern Distillery (GND), Dundalk, Co Louth, Ireland.
• Notes of lychee, honeysuckle, and toasted baking spices.
• Non-chill filtered; 65% ABV (Cask Strength)
