"The 2020 Mae Estate Sparkling Blanc de Noir Extra Brut is a new wine from Tyler. It spent 36 months en tirage, received two grams per liter dosage, and was disgorged in June of 2023. It's scented of red apples, freshly baked bread, wet stone and savory undertones. The light-bodied palate is dry and crisp, balancing vibrant, mineral-driven flavors with a gently rounded texture, and it has a long, fresh finish that calls you in for another sip. Everything was done by hand for this first sparkler, and only 100 cases were made."
