  • 50% Clairette, 30% Bourboulenc, 20% Marsannae/Ugni Blanc
  • The white vines sit on top of a unique north facing slope that reaches 900 feet in altitude, with a soil composition of blue marl, similar to that found at Petrus and Chateau Chalon.
  • Fermented slowly at low temperatures in tank for about 25 days, to maximize complexity and freshness. The Blanc is then aged in tank and a small part in older wood.
