Greenhook Ginsmiths focuses with laser-like precision on just one category: Gin. Using a custom-made vacuum still, Greenhook distills at lower atmospheric pressure, and thus lower temperatures, capturing subtle aromas from delicate botanicals to make three different styles of gin.

Hana Makgeolli is Brooklyn’s first craft brewery dedicated to jeongtongju—a class of traditionally brewed Korean rice wines defined by the use of premium rice and natural fermentation rather than industrial shortcuts. Made with just three core ingredients—organic rice, nuruk, and water.
